Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in delivering numerous award-winning developments, demonstrating remarkable versatility across project scales—from intimate, targeted schemes to large, complex multi-phase developments. His extensive track record speaks to his strategic vision and operational excellence in property development.
Paul
Paul is our Strategic Advisor. Transitioning from a distinguished career in the aviation industry until 2005, Paul has since held significant director positions in the property sector. Now operating in a non-executive capacity, he offers strategic guidance and stewardship, leveraging his extensive cross-industry experience. His wealth of knowledge and broad perspective make him an invaluable strategic advisor, bridging operational insights with high-level corporate governance.
Dave
Dave is our Technical Development and Troubleshooting Specialist. With a strong background in technical design and development, Dave has built a reputation as a go-to expert for managing and resolving complex development challenges. His experience spans multiple development types, from small-scale projects to intricate, multi-faceted developments. Known as a skilled troubleshooter, he brings technical precision and innovative problem-solving to every project he undertakes.

Greg is a Full Member of the APM. A property professional since 2012, Greg is a highly qualified project management expert. Specialising in construction project management, he has developed extensive expertise in navigating complex site developments. His hands-on experience underscores his commitment to professional excellence and his ability to manage challenging property projects with strategic insight and operational mastery.
Sam
Sam is a Property Development and Financial Strategist. A property professional since 2014, Sam combines a robust background in accountancy and project management to deliver comprehensive property solutions. Specialising in land acquisition and feasibility studies, he brings a meticulous financial perspective to development projects. His analytical skills and deep understanding of both financial principles and property dynamics make him a valuable asset in strategic property ventures.
